1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Istoria Plus, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Istoria Plus for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Istoria Plus
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

When you book a session with an instructor through Istoria Plus:

• Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded
• Instructors reserve the right to cancel sessions with appropriate notice and full refund
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the payment method. Prices are subject to change with notice.

6. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors on Istoria Plus agree to:

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience
• Conduct sessions professionally and respectfully
• Maintain student confidentiality
• Provide timely notice of any schedule changes or cancellations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Istoria Plus or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Istoria Plus.

8. Modifications

Istoria Plus may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
